Question by momof1~twins2come!: How do I get my toddler to ride in a shopping cart/stroller while shopping without screaming?
I am in my third trimester with twins so I cannot carry my son/chase him around a store. I just want to be able to run in and out of a store without him throwing a tantrum, screaming, and struggling to get out. Any ideas would be wonderful!

Duct tape can fix anything…….just leave the nostrils clear or you might end up in some kinda trouble :P

But seriously….you have a problem with coddling.
Separate yourself from your kids sometimes. Don’t do everything they want you to do. Don’t always try to pacify them. That only teaches them that they’re the boss and that you are their servant. If you don’t change it now…it’ll only get worse.
Deal with the screaming for now…..eventually it’ll stop.

And DON’T try to pacify them with STUFF. Don’t give them candy when they’re crying to get them to stop….that only teaches them that making tons of noise earns them a treat. That’s not a habit you want to form.
